Below, you will find two letter templates. These can be mailed on your letter head or even copy and pasted into an e-mail.

The first template can be sent to a seller. This letter thanks the seller for their business and asks them to consider placing a Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan on the home they are listing. The second letter is designed to be sent to a home buyer, up to 30 days after closing. This letter congratulates the buyer on their new home and reminds them it is not too late to purchase their Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan.
